It sounds like it is very much what it says on the label, a private bottling from a cask purchased in 1994 by a someone named John Newsome, then it must have been bottled around 2007.at cask strength ...
I was gifted a bottle of Tobermory but cannot find any information on it. I was somewhat curious to its value as the chap that gifted it to me had somewhat expensive tastes.
