As whats been said by others above i never add a drop of water as it i think it dilutes the tase and lessens my enjoyment of the whisky.

I have enjoyed all these malts but the 2 which stand out for me is the Highland Park and the Macallan but the HP 18 gets my vote.

Balvenie Double Wood 12 y.o for me, i am never without a bottle of this in my selection of malts at home.

Glenmorangie 10 year old beats their older bottlings.

Double Scotch

I would certainly agree with you about the Glenmorangie.
