I'm sorry to report I find it a little underwhelming - the core Laphroaig profile is toned down, and not enough sherry notes to replace them.

I've had a couple over the years - always been very good.

They are independent official bottlings ie a bit strange, due to a long association between the Prince of Wales and this distillery.
