Had a great day, enjoyed the stalls and the music. Whisky wise i enjoyed the a cople of Auchentoshans and the Glen Garioch 12

i also enjoyed these whiskies but the bowmore 15 had to be the best of the day, or the bottle you own was really good also.

I just noticed that the Morrison Bowmore shop website has a few Auchentoshan 2009 Festival bottlings available if anyone is interested in a bottle to acompany the 2010 bottle.

Yes the bottle has been on since before the summer.

What was interesting is acording to Eddie Macaffer of bowmore they have to new limited editions coming out. he didnt let alot away appart from one is a 40yo and both of them are out in october!

the 40 year old will be out of my price range but i wonder what the other will be, hopefully more affordablle.

yes they are offering bowmore tempest hand signed by eddie mccaffer to inner core members. but you cant beat a wee visit to the distillery! think my next purchase of bowmore will be the maltmans edition!
