If i was to narrow it down to 1 bottle which is part of the distilerys core range my classics would be:
Lowland - Auchentoshan 12
Highlands - Clynelish 14
Speyside - Macallan 10
Islands - Highland Park 12
Islay - Ardbeg 10
Campbeltown - Springbank 10
but i could do this list 20 times and name different whiskies each time but i do think threads like this are useful for anyone looking for a pointer on what to buy next and it is good also to keep the suggestions to bottles which will be affordable by everyone. |

Talisker 10/18, or my favourite the Distillers Edition.
Ardbeg Uigadail
Balvenie Portwood (preferrably the 21 year old, but the standard is still good)
The Glenlivet 18 year
Any decent non-chill filtered single cask single malt that is individual and interesting!
