Hi, this is my first post here, but I thought I would highlight the one distillery (of two) that I recommend you visit if you get the chance. It is none other than Dallas Dhu, which is located south of Forres. It is no longer an operating disitillery, but is run by Historic Scotland as a visitor centre and allows you to get closer to the whole whisky making process - without the smell and (at times) annoying tour parties!
The second distillery I would recommend you tour is whichever one you want to - the choice would probably be as personal as your own choice of whisky! _________________ Bruce @ Scotland from the Roadside |
