Tam's Drams is Open For Business
The shop, Tam's Drams, is owned by Tam Gardiner and is located in the busy Finnieston area of the city. It's right across the road from the Ben Nevis pub if you know where that is. (Good whisky pub)
At the back, behind the counter, is Collector's Corner which is stuffed full of limited and rare bottlings galore. Tam will sell your bottle for you, for a small fee, if you're adverse to eBaying it. Out front is a selection of small producers and independent bottlers: Tam preferring to deal with the kind of whisky you don't find in the supermarkets
The website will be online soon - http://www.tamsdrams.com/

| another whisky shop is always welcome and small privately owned whisky shops like this often have a better choice of more unique bottlings and often offer a better service and often prices than the likes of "The Whisky Shop", i will have to give it a visit next time i am in Glasgow |

Strangely the website tells me i am using an outdated browser even though i am using the latest version of internet explorer, version 8.
Site looks ok and prices seem reasonable, seems to be lacking delivery info such as where they deliver to and for how much, they should get that sorted if they want to suceed online. |

the web site has only been up for a few days.
Tam was saying he is trying to get more people through the door, and the web site will not show his entire stock.
If you are looking for anythng special then drop in he has a good selection |

I would love to just pop in but its not that easy given the distance to the shop .
Not having the delivery info and costs will put many off ordering |

Site looks good though and agree they need to get the postage info and costs on the site, i wouldnt head for the checkout without knowing the costs. |
