Looking for whisky bottled on a certain date

Well, as the topic title says, I'm looking for a bottle bottled on a specific date for a present to celebrate the birth of a friends baby in February. Does anyone have any ideas where would be the bast place to get one from? Or do you think it's a bit early for February bottlings? The only place I can think of that does regular dated bottles is Balvenie.

I would suggest having a look at the new releases over at The Whisky Exchange especially Independent bottlings which often state the distillation and the bottling date on the label
