Morning all,

I picked up a bottle of Bruichladdich rocks yesterday as it was on offer, I've never had it before and wondered what the opinion of it was?

Thansk in advance

albo it is a decent enough whisky when found on offer. It is very lightly peated, it has been matured first in bourbon casks then finished in French wine casks giving it notes of vanilla, fruit and toffee.

The Bruichladdich rocks is ok, very lightly peated, smooth, sweet, red apples, vanilla, spice. As Crane says good when found on offer.

Excellent thanks for the update, it cost me £20 at ASDA so I'm not expecting the worlds best, but hopefully it will while away an evening or 3

Really smooth and sweet nose filled with toffee and caramel. Suprising on the palate - very light with no real trace of peat or smoke - great for some but I was expecting the usual Islay hit. Finish was long but very light. A little disapointing.
