Titles says it all, what bottles do you intend to open and consume over the xmas period? anything special thats worth shouting about?
I've got 4 bottles to crack out at various occasions:
Cadenheads (Duthies) Highland Park 17 YO
First Cask Glen Elgin 1990
Johnnie Walker Gold Label 18 YO
Ardbeg 10 YO
Also, if I succumb to the SMWS before long then a few other bottles may appear....
Happy Xmas ! _________________ In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king |

I am planning on opening a SMWS sherried Ardbeg which i got earlier this year through a mate who is a SMWS member. The exact number escapes me at the moment but i will be breaking the seal on it on christmas night once the kids have gone off to bed, i think i may need it by then
I already know it is an excellent whisky as i tasted my mates so looking forward to a few large drams. |

| A few - I'll open my Aberlour a'bunadh and Glenlivet Nadurra for the first tmie, I haven't tried either of them before. Also, if my girlfriend has got my not-so-subtle hints there should also be a Glendronach 15 Revival waiting to be opened soon! |
