Offer starts today. They say "A very pleasant malt, full-bodied, sweet, honeyed, fruity (hint of oranges) and light oak. The whisky offers a pleasant medium length fruit vanilla finish."

Has anyone tried it ? I know it's a cheek asking if it's any good before I buy Embarassed

My other half has just been in and it looks like they have sold out.

This was posted by Blackadder in the thread about Aldis 40 year old Glenbridge which they are releasing in December

This seems to have caused a bit of a buzz and many of the big newspapers have picked up this story.

I noticed on cask strength they have a review of both Aldis Glen Marnoch 24 year old and the Glenbridge 40 year old. They really didnt like the Glen Marnoch but thought the Glenbridge 40 was worth the money. If it is a decent whisky it would make a very impressive gift this christmas.

yeah probably going to buy some of this next thursday if they have it when I inevitably miss out on the glenbridge.

anything 24 years old is worth trying at that price. unlikely to rock your world but will be a good dram and tis the season to be drinking la la la la la la la
