What do you think of this??
Burns Islay Malt matured in a single fresh sherry butt #51. Distilled Christmas Eve 1990 and bottled 31st December 2011.
On 25th January Scots and expats and scotch aficionados celebrate the birthday of Scotland's national poet and Haggis the world over come out of hibernation for their special supper. What better way to join in than by raising a dram!
Just 120 bottles at full strength have been released featuring one of the Bard's favourite quotes "Freedom an whisky gang thegither!'

Even better one to Drink!
I think this is one of the whisky brokers casks and from what i have herd all of his past Bunna casks have been great drinkers.

| 21 years in a first fill sherry butt, definitely one for the heavily sherried fans. I wonder what the peating level is, i have had a few independent heavily peated Bunnas in the past which were excellent. |
