I met a well-placed gentleman here in Canada who had the opportunity to sample an ounce of 50 year old Glenfiddich which has an enormous price per bottle. He was at a special event in the USA and raved about the dram. At $22,000 dollars a bottle here in Canada, it's beyond most people's means. Anybody try it? I would love to hear about it.

| Apparently the Glenfiddich 50 year old is superb, well at least according to any whisky reviews i have read but i doubt i will get the chance to ever try it. I have to make do with having had the 30 year old which is excellent IMO. Also any of the Glenfiddich Rare Collection i have tried have been excellent. |
