One bottle of the ultimate talisker for sale. Pretty rare given it was released 10 years ago now. Very good fill level.

Well Looking around the web the ex.VAT price seems to be about Â£600-£640 +p&p so I was thinking Â£550+P&P as it would save me my auction fees.

I think they must be shop prices you are quoting as i would say half that amount in a private sale or auction.

For example a bottle sold yesterday at Mctears for a hammer price of Â£260

Wow that was cheap! Even with the commission and the VAT that is Â£368.

There is one currently going on the Scottish Whisky Auctions site for Â£410 with 2 days to go on it. So if you add on the 10% buyers premium and then the 3% credit card charge you are up to Â£465 already.

Maybe 550 is a bit toppy though.
