| Basically with the gold tour you get to taste 4 single malts, i would say it is worth another £10 |

The scotch whisky experience quite touristy but certainly worth a visit just to see the huge whisky collection. As Innes says the more you pay the more you get to taste. You could try emailing them to ask what they pour for there gold ticket to see if it appeals to you. It will probably be a an Lowland, Highland, Islay and Speyside malt.
Or you could head up the Royal Mile try a couple of samples in Royal Mile Whiskies shop and use your money to buy a bottle. |
