Just picked up
Bunnahabhain 21 Year Old Jubilee Malt II £30
Blue Hanger 6th Release £40
From Whisky Barrel http://www.thewhiskybarrel.co.uk/p/77/black-friday-sale?page=all
Wont really know if they are bargins till opened but i thought worth the punt. Couple other good and some not so good deals, worth a look in any case.
Any other retailers with similar offers? |

| Also a good deal for the Douglas Laing Double Barrel Ardbeg & Glenrothes £30 in the sale and usually £40 - £45 most places. I thought this was an excellent blended malt. |

| Cheers onlyhalfmad. I see they have the Clan Denny Islay for £25, i havent had this since it was in the square decanter type bottle and it was very good then, definitely worth £25 to see what it is like now. |

| Damn i missed the good offers, i wouldnt have minded the Springbank 2001 or the Bunnahabhain 21 Jubilee bottle. |

I didn't pick up any of these, passed the info into my father who tried to get the Bunnahabhain but it had sold out. When you try it, do let me know how it is and I'll pass the info on. |

Thats not such good news. The whisky broker has a bottle from the same cask, allthough bit nearer £50 with delivery. For that reason alone i would think it would be a solid but not outstanding bottle. Will let you know what i think when it gets opened. Serge at whiskyfun gave it an 88. |
