Anybody try this one? Going very high here in Ontario, equivalent 134 pounds. I see it on The Whisky Exchange for 73 pounds, quite a difference, EH! (as we Canadians say Very Happy )

I bought a bottle of the Springbank 18 after trying it at a tasting, it really is a superb whisky. It is even a little expensive over here compared to the average price of other 18 year olds. The Canadian government doesnt half make some money on alcohol sales, Scotch malt whisky certainly isnt a cheap interest in Canada.

The Springbank 18 is very good and so is the Springbank 15, and the 15 is usually quite a bit cheaper. If you havent already tried it the Springbank 2001 Rundlets & Kilderkins has a bit of youthful roughness about it but another expression of Springbank worth trying.

Cheers

I love the 10 and the Longrows I've tried but I was disappointed by the 18. This said, I tried it at the Whisky Fringe but it was one of my last drams so I was: worse for wear; had jaded taste buds; had tried some stellar drams already that day. I would have to give it another chance before I wrote it off.
