Hi
I have just come across this bottle of I think 1960's Lagavulin. I wonder if anyone can help me determine how much to pay for it? It has an old style white label, appears to be screw top, 12 year old, Specially selected (red letters) Lagavulin (black letters) pure Islay malt (red latters)

Here is a bottle of Lagavulin 12 year old by White Horse Distilleries Ltd which sold at Mctears whisky auction in November 2012 for £460. The label on the bottle sold at Mctears does look in better condition than the bottle you have been offered and I would say the Mctears bottle is from the late 1970s early 1980s, where i think your bottle may be from the early 1970s perhaps 1960s.
