"BRIN PURE MALT WHISKY" is a new one to me, sounds like it is a blended malt, but from what distillery/distilleries.
After a bit of searching on google, it looks like it may be from Premium Bottlers Inc. Canada who have a craft distillery "Still Waters" in Concord Ontario, producing artisan distilled vodka and whisky. Some good info on the Still Waters distillery here:
