Ardbeg picked up a hat-trick of awards at the 2013 World Whisky Awards. It was named "World's Best Single Malt', Ardbeg Galileo named "Best Islay Single Malt' and Jackie Thomson, Ardbeg distillery visitor centre manager named the "Global Icon Visitor Centre Manager of the Year'.

Hi William. Ardbeg really does "walk the walk and talk the talk". They clearly deserve the accolades. It's interesting that my friend who brought over the Bunnahabhain 37 Year mentioned while he was here that his favorite working distillery is Ardbeg.
