Johnnie Walker Bottles, advice

Hi there, I have various JW bottles, and would appreciate any assistance that you could give me in value indications:
JW pure malt, 15 yr old, 70cl
JW swing superior, 1 litre
JW premier, 75cl
JW gold, 18 yr old, 75cl
JW blue, 1 litre
JW green, 15 yr old, 70cl
JW black, 12 yr old, 70cl
JW red, 1 litre

Is there an easy way to work out when these were bottled also?
Have checked bottom of bottles but the 'SE' and 'SD' numbers mean nothing?

You can try looking in whisky specialist shops such as The Whisky Exchange or look through old whisky auctions at www.mctears.co.uk they may have bottles similar to yours but bare in mind shop prices are often double what auction prices are.
