Here are my taste notes from last night. This expression at 46% abv, sherry butt was limited to 800 bottles.

Color-Dark Gold
Body-Medium Light

Neat-

Nose: Sultanas, apricots in heavy syrup, blood oranges, mocha, orange treacle and buckwheat honey.

Palate: Mouth-watering, armchair leather,ginger and spice.

Finish: Lingering, old sunken ship wood and spicy overtones.

A delightful dram.
