Russell, the only really aged Ardbeg's I've tried are the Old Malt Cask 27 Years by CS Laing and the Ardbeg 32 Years Old Malt Cask, the former was 50% abv and the latter 49% abv. I actually had the drams in a pub in Toronto. I believe the 27 year goes for 385 Euro equivalent and the 32 Year goes for 426 Euro equivalent for a bottle. They were both outstanding. You don't come across these everyday. It was great to at least have a dram of each which I might add cost a pretty penny.
