A friend told me that it's being discontinued.
Anyone know if it's true? |

Bruichladdich was just bought by remy so I doubt it is being discontinued. The demend of the brand is high and those multinationals love their money. Bruichladdich responded and said that NAS has been part of the line since they first opened, and if any distillery can do NAS it is Bruichladdich. _________________ The Laga 16.

They denied it last year when asked. But it appears to have disappeared from a lot of online shops.
Still loads at my local Tesco. _________________ Putting the func in dysfunctional. |

Just for your info, here in Ontario Canada, the Laddie is readily available, several hundred bottles available. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."

@Rantavahti Nope - its not. Sadly we are very short of it though... http://t.co/cm5FpDCTBz
Lifted this from the Bruichladdich twitter feed dated 5th February this year. They were asked if the 10 had been removed from the range. Wouldn't be surprised with a price rise is on the cards so stocking up might not have been a bad idea. _________________ Putting the func in dysfunctional. |

| I think changes are coming from Bruichladdich, i suspect they may have been reassessing stock and will launch a new range, whether the Laddie Ten will be part of it is anybodys guess. |

I've seen elsewhere that this has been discontinued, though without any attribution. Asda sold off its last bottles for £20 a while back and it hasn't come back in.
Nothing explicit on their Web site though, just a defence of the NAS Classic:

Does kind of suggest one is a replacement for the other. Am I too cynical? _________________ "Whisky is liquid sunshine."
