|
|
Hello Whisky Experts
I would like some information and advice on the differences between Glenury Royal Rare Malt Series (distilled 1970-71), and the 36 year old Glenury Royal releases in 2005 (distilled 1968-70)
- they are both distilled about the same time by Diageo
- they are both bottled at cask strength
I realize there is a bit of an age difference (rare malt 29 yrs, and more recent 36 yrs), but what is the difference? Do you think this was from the same stock?
anyone had the pleasure of trying both? Any preferences?
thanks for any comments or discussions. _________________ LH |
