If you have a few thousand pounds to spare and happen to be travelling through Hong Kong international airport then you may be interested in the new limited edtion 1964 Balvenie.

Source: The Moodie Report

The Balvenie Distillery has released 151 bottles from a single cask of The Balvenie laid down in 1964, to be sold exclusively in Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).

The unique cask, Number 10378 from 1964, was matured to perfection at The Balvenie Distillery, and is extremely rare. The cask was personally selected by The Balvenie Malt Master, rested in a single oak cask for over 40 years at The Balvenie Distillery in Speyside, Scotland.

The Balvenie 1964, priced at HK$108,000 which is around £7,700 a bottle, was bottled exclusively for duty free retailer Sky Connection and you will only find it at Hong Kong airport.

If only i was travelling to Hong Kong and had £7700 to spend on a single bottle of whisky. You selected a nice pic to show on here Keith, if only the sales assistants at my local store looked like that, i may be tempted to spend more, lol.

Anyway just another whisky to add to my love to try but never will list.
