| Hi guys, i was given a bottle of the above whisky a few years back and stored it away, does anyone know any info on the bottle for example is it any good is it sought after, bottle numbers ect. Also are you allowed to sell on ebay or not i cant imagine they would let you?. how would you guys recommend selling it, i want it to go to a person rather than a shop as it was a gift and its been years in the making. thanks for taking the time to read this if you did, im new. | thanks mate, reading those reviews makes me want to just open it now im literally weighing it up but i better not i said id wait for a special occasion. just out of interest if i was to sell private and expect about 50-60% of retail is ther not a way to reach those who would be buying from retail or is it just a long winded exercise i suppose they just keep a couple in stock at the higher price untill someone buys them. |

FYI, I've had quite a many of the GlenDronach single casks, but not the 33 yo you mention. What I can say is that across the board the ones I've had have been stunning whiskies. GlenDronach whisky is fantastic value and very high quality, it ages very well too.
I would have absolutely no doubt about the quality of the whisky you have there and if you like a sherried dram (and don't really need the extra cash) then I'd crack it open and enjoy.
If someone buys it off you privately for 50% retail price they will get themselve a total bargin, so more reason for you to drinkie poos the bab boy _________________ "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whisky is barely enough." |

| The Glendronach 33 year old is brilliant, amongst the best sherried whiskies i have tasted. |
