1970-80's? Cardhu 12 year old

Hi Guys, I have this bottle (I'm also posting about a bunch of other bottles that I just received) and I have no idea as to the value (or even the year on this one...)

Anyone shed any light on the subject? I'm definitely considering selling the ones that are worth selling... (if they're not gonna make me much money, I may as well enjoy them myself!!! )

This bottle seems to have been kept in somewhere unfavourable, and as such has a fair amount of moulding to the label/box... I'm sure the contents are still delectable, however!
