I thought I would provide my taste notes from today for Glenfiddich Cask of Dreams Canadian Edition 48.8% abv, tasted neat.
Nose-Turkish delight, orange icing, rum & raisin ice cream, spiced caramel roll, hint of maple syrup fudge, creme brulee, building butterscotch ripple, stewed fruit and fine cognac reminiscences.
Palate: Warming, creamy, carmel syrup, mocha, coffee, dark chocolate and hints of fruity ice wine.
Finish: Spice, long, espresso memories, dark chocolate, grandma's traditional hot cocoa, waffs of pipe tobacco and lingering after-dinner cognac flashbacks.
The aftertaste of this one goes on and on...The complexity and balance here are near perfect IMHO. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."

Hi
It would be interesting to know if you have a bottle to spare and would consider swapping a Canadian COD against the Nordic Edition released 2013. Visiting Toronto and Niagara in April 2014. Let me know

Sorry, no can do. The Canadian Edition has become very desirable. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."

| Ashas the Nordic Edition. I have even a US edition ( first release) if that's more appealing |
