Anyone tried it? What do you think? I saw it today at Waitrose and was tempted.

I have not seen any reviews of it. I have seen it at my local bevmo however.

It's now owned by Glengoyne, so can't be a bad single malt ?, looking forward to further aged statement releases coming out soon hopefully ?.

The Tamdhu 10 year old limited edition looks good, but a bit steep at £100. A whisky I'll have to try.

I tried it last year and at the end of a night so going back a bit but I didn't like it. I found myself wondering if it was a bit sulphured but maybe rubber is a better descriptor. I found this review which seems to verify this:

The new bottle makes me think of Southern Comfort!

I thought the Tamdhu 10 was ok, it is a sherried Speyside malt, i didnt get any sign of sulphur and i got through a whole bottle. Rich, sherried fruits, spice, vanilla but had a bit of bitterness. It was ok but i have been there and done that now and i am not inspired to do it again unless they were to knock around £10 off the the current £33 price tag

If you liked Macallan 10 sherryoak or Glenfarclas 10 then you should like Tamdhu 10
