The BenRiach Distillery Company celebrated its 10th birthday today, the company has come a long way in those 10 years and today offers a fantastic core range of single malts and some equally superb limited edition releases. Fans of BenRiach will be pleased to hear that the company plans to mark the exciting milestone with a special BenRiach 10 year old anniversary expression from the first distillation which will be available later this year.

I wonder if the anniversary 10 year old will be like the peated Benriach Curiositas 10, i hope so.

They have produced some good stuff since Billy Walker and Co took over, personally i think their Benriach 15 PX Sherry Wood Finish is outstanding.

It will be interesting to see what they turn out going forward as their maturing stock gets older.

It may well be the Curiositas 10 with a anniversary label but i would guess the folks and Benriaich will do better than that and turn out something special for the anniversary bottle, at least i hope so.
