Mortlach 1980 - What's it worth?

Hello all. I have recently got hold of a bottle of whisky that i've been trying to find online, to see what it is worth but not having much luck locating it apart from one website which is this:

Would anyone be able to tell me roughly what this bottle is worth? Not sure whether to sell or keep it you see. And I'm not sure if the prices on that site are realistic.

I think the price shown on whisky base will be correct but wil be the shop price, you may only achieve half that amount in a private sale or auction then you will have auction fees to pay.
