Bottled exclusively for the distillery having been selected by Gerry Tosh, Brand Ambassador.
Distilled in 1984 and bottled in 2005

21 yo whisky, cask strength
56.1% ABV
70cl bottling in a wooden box
Only 270 bottles produced.
Tasting Notes
Colour: wonderful golden Orkney sunset
Nose: A powerful sweet sherry initial note which open up to reveal toffee and candied fruits hidden within
Palate: With a lovely sweet flavour which leads to a smokey fruit character
Finish: Beautifully long buttery finish that leaves you reaching for more
