I have just managed to purchase a miniature Ben Wyvis distilled on 5/6/68, this is also my date of birth.
Has anybody else managed to purchase a whisky distilled on their date of birth. |

| I have never been lucky enough to come across a bottle distilled on my date of birth. |

Not right on my birthday but close enough would probably be The Dalmore Trinitas; unfortunately a little out of my price range. It would however be a most pleasant surprise if anyone would like to provide me with a dram..

I would hate to think what a bottle of whisky distilled on the day i was born would cost today.
I would advise any forum members who fancy a bottle distilled on the day they were born to seek it out while you are young. |

Indeed - I may try to look in the next few years, for now I'm happy with a Glenfarclas 30 that was (probably) distilled on the year I was born. Although it's an inexact science, since technically it could contain whisky older than 30 years old. |
