Been trying to find information on a Scotch I used to drink about 15 years ago. Wild Dog Scotch was the name. was between 45 - 50% and Bottles in Scotland. I used to work for a Liquor Warehouse in Australia, and the volumes were high, so I would expect there was commercial volumes made and it was quite cheap. Cheaper than Johnnie Red back then.
Anyone have any info on this? |

I believe Wild Dog was bottled by MacGregor MacDonald Blending Company Limited for the Australian market. They had a registered address at Woodside Castle, Beith, Ayrshire, Scotland. They bottled various wines, spirits and liqueurs. I may be wrong but i dont think they or the whisky is around today. They also bottled Highland Glen for the Australian market. _________________ There's no bad whisky. Just good whisky and better whisky. |
