Hi All ,
With payday looming for myself, I Just wanted to see if any of your fine people have tried the Spey Single Malt Whiskey Collection? I try not to get exited by all these new fancy bottling but I cant help myself! |

| I assume you mean Spey whisky from the Speyside distillery, the Spey Tenne which is finished in port casks is good. The Spey 18 is sherried and what i tasted was a little sulphur tainted. The Spey 12 is packed with honey and vanilla notes and is an ok whisky |

Thats them. Sorry Kava wasnt very clear there. I was looking at both the Tenne and the Chairman's Choice, Is the Tenne on the sweet side if you can remember? |

| The Spey Tenne has a sugary sweet fruitiness, as you would expect from a port cask. If you like port cask matured whisky then this is a good one. |

I tried the Spey Tenne in the Spring at a tasting and actually my taste notes are on the Forum at:

I also have an unopened bottle salted away.
