I don't know if this release will make it over here to Canada but it is to be available in the USA later this year so I understand.

I am sure they will sell out given the number of Laphroaig fans out there but if that is the price it is overpriced by 2 to 3 times IMO. It is a business i suppose and they know they will get the money for it but i would be hesitant to see it as a good investment if it is Â£900-£1000

You can pick up a much more limited Port Ellen for this price, if this is the price of the Laphroaig 32 year old then its not for me.

Is that a guess at the price or something they have released? Seems pretty high (though still tempted...!) Incidentally, I just picked up a bottle of the 1977 for Â£400 which is superb. Still a lot of money but difficult to find and I rather like it.

If I purchase this it would not be to drink at the moment and it would not be for profit, it will go in the collection. Probably opened on some occasion with friends..
