Chivas 18 Ultimate Cask Collection

Chivas Regal today announced the launch of the Chivas 18 Ultimate Cask Collection, a limited edition travel retail exclusive series that reinterprets the brand's celebrated Chivas 18 expression. The first release in the series is the Chivas 18 Ultimate Cask Collection First Fill American Oak Finish which will be available from this month.



The Chivas 18 Ultimate Cask Collection I am pleased to say comes in a 1 litre bottle, bottled at 48% ABV, non-chill filtered and will be exclusively available in global travel retail from this month at a RRP of £84/$126 USD. The first launch will be followed by two further expressions, to be released every 18 months.

I have to say, I do like a CR18 and the price seems fair compared to the standard offering and I for one will be grabbing a bottle (see begging friends going on holiday...)

Yes I like the fact they have raised the abv to 48% and it is non chill filtered and it is a 1 litre bottle, I do fancy this one also and as you say TheWM it does seem a fair price compared to the standard 18.

Sounds very much worth a try and £84 for a 1 litre bottle aint bad, cheers for your review William I will look out for this.
