This is too rich for my blood, but I thought I'd let you know what you have just in case you didn't know. Port Ellen closed in 1983 and their whiskies are highly collectable, rare and sought after.

Signatory are an Independant bottlers, so it's not an official bottling from the distillery, however they are very highly respected. A 24year old from 1975 like this is likely to be worth in the region of £500 - £600, maybe even more if it went to auction. One I'd love to have but sadly it's out of range I'm prepared to spend on a bottle!

I would not normally do this but I do not want you to get your hopes too high. although it is possible that you will get something along the lines of what opelfruit suggests, as it has gone for around that (https://www.whiskyauctioneer.com/lot/010525/port-ellen-1975-signatory-vintage-24-year-old) I would not really EXPECT much more than around 300 for it as a similar bottle reached only 330 just a few months ago:
