| I've just read the email from the Ardbeg Committee with regard to the new release called Dark Cove & is the darkest Ardbeg that they've created. Is anyone going to buy this when its released on 28th May. |

| Got tough decision to make. Do I go for the Ardbeg Dark Cove or the Lagavullin 8yo? |

I can assure you there will be quite some difference in price
A committee release Ardbeg or a wide limited release Lagavulin.....
I'm tempted by the Ardbeg. I've known it was coming for a few months as the Dark Cove label has been approved on the COLA website for a while, the question is, how much are they going to charge.....
On past pricing it's likely to be nudging £90, maybe £95, at which point I won't be buying. Let's see.
Ive also heard rumours that once the committee release is done the wider release may end up as part of their core range. They did this with Corryvrecken too, so it wouldn't be too shocking, they have needed a new core addition for quite some time and they been putting plenty of stock away since LVMH took over. _________________ "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whisky is barely enough." |

I liked the little video they made, made me laugh!
Yeah it sounds like a smokey sherry bomb from the lable approval, I'm up for this! |

Hi Opel, I didn't realise the Central Oregon Llama Association were up on their whisky labels?!
Only information I could find was on the easter egg hunt..!!

Apparently they only list labels for Islay and Campbeltown as they view all other regions as inferior. Llamas like strong flavours.
The rest of the labels can be found here:

Gave in and ordered one. £85 but that includes selected day delivery.
They had problems with the passwords accepting but that may have something to do with the purchase being through the moet hennesy Web shop. _________________ Putting the func in dysfunctional. |

If you are a committee member you should get an email with a link. Much improved over previous years. _________________ Putting the func in dysfunctional. |
