Worldwide, human beings are estimated to live 71 years, on average. After that, well, you get the picture. However, a woman living in Worcestershire celebrated her 109th birthday last Sept. 16, 2015 and she revealed her secret to having long life: whisky.

Yup! You read it right. Not veggies nor fruits (well, at least in solid forms). But whisky.

I have met many people over the years who on the advice of there GP take a wee drop of whisky every night
