Hello, I have just been given two bottles of Macallan 25 year old anniversary malt. distilled 1958/1959, bottled 1985,
can someone help with a valuation of these please[/img]

I have saw this bottle at online whisky shops for around £1000 cant remember where i saw it though but i am sure it wont be hard to find in google.

Thats price sounds about right for this whisky Charlie.

Although i am not familiar with the whisky vault site, is it a genuine whisky retailer, the reason i ask is on the sites contact us page it only shows an email address and a cell phone number. I thought websites had to display full contact details such as postal address and landline number. I certainly wouldnt prder from it.

I have never heard of the whisky vault, but i do not think i would order from an online shop which does not have a postal address or proper contact phone number. As you said Mac, I thought online shops had to display this info.
