Scapa Jutland 16 Year Old Memorial Edition is a new single cask single malt Scotch whisky crafted by the Orkney Islands distillery to mark the centenary of the Battle of Jutland on 31st May 2016.
Scapa was used as a base by the British naval fleet during the First World War and the artisanal island single malt distillery has released 249 bottles of Scapa Jutland with all profits from their sale which is estimated at over £45,000, to be donated by Chivas Brothers to the RNLI.
Scapa Jutland was matured for 16 years in a single first-fill American oak cask and bottled at 40% ABV. RRP of £200

| Pleased to hear it was for a good cause. My great grand father was in the British Royal navy in WWI although not at Jutland. |
