Just been given 2 bottles, a 17yo and a 19yo speyside single casks.
Both have the cask numbers on the bottles.
They are a gift so im tempted to open them. But im a hoarder too. Anyone heard of them or tried them. Ive got plenty cheap (standard) bottles id rather drink and save them for a special night. Unless theyre average.
So, anyone got advice on taste or the bottles? |

| Roy Lewis of Hebridean Liqueurs bottles single casks for sale by his 'franchisees' at shows only (ie they're not available from Hebridean Liqueurs website). The ones that I've tried have been well worth the money. Drinkers rather than keepers though. |

| They were bought at a county show......i'll give them a try then. Seemed a shame to open them if they were a bit special. |

The 19yo was ok.
Nothing special at all. |
