Costco have just listed a number of older whiskies listed in their online store cheaper than the usual suspects (suspect they're all part of Diageo's Special Releases after googling). It's free delivery but an extra 5% surcharge if you're not a warehouse member (or you can buy an online-only membership for £15 if I remember correctly):
