Right Ladies and Gents!
Birthday in a month, and a no better excuse to go and spend a stupid amount on something rather special. Ive been having a good look and figuring out what I would like.
Whittled it down to two bottles and valued everyone’s opinion
Talisker 25 Year Old – Most probably the most recent bottling (2015 I think?) or if I can get an older cask strength one for under £265
or
Bunnahabhain 25 Year Old – 46.3%
Obviously I’m open to suggestions, I’m going to open my Glengoyne 25 I got earlier in the year also at some point before Christmas. |

| From those two I'd pick the bunna.. but there are some cracking drams out there for less money.. |

| My experience with the Bunnahabhain 25 has always been excellent, I have not had this particular Talisker 25 but my experience of Talisker 25 bottling's has been variable from very good to excellent depending on which bottling. |

If you are not completely set on either of those two ( of which I'd pick the Bunnahabhain )
The Glenlivet XXV is my personal top pick. _________________ If Jack Bauer was gay, his name would be Chuck Norris |

Depends on your tastes, I am more a Talisker fan than Bunna so personally I would be more attracted to the Talisker, although the Bunna 25 is excellent.
If the 25 years is significant for your purchase I had a bottle of the Dalwhinnie 1987
25 year old Diageo Special Release 2012 which was very good and is still available in TWE for £217 |

I'd go for the Bunna if it were me, but I'm sure both will be excellent |

| If 25 years is significant then how about the Glen Moray 1988 25 Year Old Port Finish Batch 3 and only £125. I would also suggest the Glenlivet 25 |
