Single malt whisky distilling is set to return to Edinburgh as Holyrood Park Distillery's application to develop the Engine Shed building and site on St Leonard’s Lane into a single malt whisky distillery and visitor centre was approved by Edinburgh City Council.

| It should do well as a tourist attraction to support its costs while the whisky matures given the amount of people that pass through Edinburgh. |
