in London last weekend.
Surely that figure is very high, 10ml drams, that means the average person had 70 10ml drams or equal to 1 bottle.
I also did not see many spittoons being used,

I really don't think they kept count of how many "pours" there were. They'll know how many bottles they took and how many they left with, but that doesn't mean every bottle was empties to people at the show.
At 25ml per dram (assumption) that's 6250 bottles, over 2500 visitors is 2.5 bottles each. Not happened.
Are you allowed to purchase bottles at the show? I think you are, so if they've inventoried after the show then the less bottles may well be sales. I'd buy a couple of bottles if it was at a show, most people would. _________________ "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whisky is barely enough." |

| all pours are 10ml and any bottles purchased have to be at 'The Whisky Exchange' onsite shop and not from any of the trade stands. |

| also they may start off with partial open bottles too.. I would expect an average of 10-15 drams per person at least.. some will be far over this and some under.. whatever the figures, I'm sure everyone enjoyed themselves |

| Sorren, I can assure you that I was in the category of 'over'. By some margin. A remarkably tasty margin at that...! |

I was there on the Sunday, had a fantastic day!
I did a quick tally and including the Masterclass (9 drams) and Glenlivet Guardians drams (6), plus the other I can remember the total was approaching 30 drams! Is that too many for an event like that? |

| Spread out over the day and drinking plenty of water and having some food you can sample quite a few but 70 X 10ml drams per person is an exaggeration |
