Or a complete sham?
Buy Glendronach 15 revival for £79.95. Up from the RRP of £49.95.

Still cheaper than on their currant auction.

I'm pretty tempted, at least there's an age statement and its highly recommended.
I've bought worst whiskies at this price.
Looks like I'm talking myself into it.
If I got it, would you like to meet up and share a dram? |

Well, given that it's actually minimum 21years old and is stock from the old runs (not this new fangled steam heated still stuff) it's worth it. Kind keep any other 21 year old official bottlings for £80?
Also, it's really good juice. _________________ "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whisky is barely enough." |

I don't think it's a bad price considering the current price of it at auction - don't think it's a scam but it is a strange way to market it... my question would be where did they get 420 bottles of it from??
As Opelfruit says it's a very good dram |

Yes, of course
It's a brilliant dram from one of my fave distilleries and I think it's worth it. I'm guessing that the TWE are getting excellent mark up on this though. |

Just noticed this myself - https://www.thewhiskyexchange.com/feature/blackfriday

As William suggests, it looks like the folks at TWE are just poking fun at this whole Black Friday thing - at the same time it is cheaper than you can get it elsewhere and it's very very good. I won't be getting one but then again I've got a bottle stashed away from when it was still widely available |

Lol - as it happens I got a bottle to add to the one I've got stashed away. I just know that I'll end up drinking it over the Xmas week and can't go without not having one. The smiley in my post should have given it away that I was also poking fun at the irony of their advert. However- I'm pretty sure they're not losing out on this one |

Sitting in the Grill Bar in Aberdeen sipping a Glendronach cask strength batch 5 and I just secured the last bottle. _________________ You can't push anyone up the ladder unless he is ready to climb himself. |
