A small start-up distillery in Dartmoor has started the pre-sale of whisky it is yet to make. I believe the production is due to start soon. It isn't often you get to buy a bottle of whisky from the first distillation of a brand new distillery but for what it is I feel the price tag is a bit too high... I'm still undecided about whether or not to buy one. What are people's thoughts?

Take a look on their website here: https://shop.dartmoorwhiskydistillery.co.uk/

I seem to now be getting a security alert from my browser when I try and visit their shop page... Not sure what that is about. Their main website can be found here http://www.dartmoorwhiskydistillery.co.uk/

It is very steep for such a young whisky.. Initially I was thinking £40 max. I am tempted though because it is a fairly unique thing to buy!

Hmm.. Not sure personally.. It is a local distillery to me and I should support it I suppose, so it gets the local tick and these days it's part of their business plan to pre sell stuff or crowd fund things.. Just changed my mind I think, it's happened again! Very Happy
